jeepers, i am finally getting this up on the blog, good old aunt eminy, as eli calls her, came up for a long weekend, last weekend. we had a great time, eating out, driving out to the corn maze in lacombe, seeing nena for some waxing, chowing down on thi-thi subs, seeing a movie and watching hours of "the office" (BBC version). we just love her and are so glad she came up for a break.
as a side note, there is a picture of eli, cj and emily, right when we got to the corn maze, notice elis feet..... NO SHOES! we drove all the way out there (an hour and a half), and failed to throw shoes on eli. we were able to rent a wagon and drag him around through the darkness and mud for a couple of hours. it was great.

Looks like you guys had a blast! It's always fun when someone comes to visit, it gives you an excuse to do all the things that you don't normally get to do.
