the funny thing was, i pulled the book he wrote out of his backpack, read through it, then turned it over and almost had a heart attack. it is just SO WIERD. so then i showed it to eli and c.j. and they both just started to laugh and laugh. i asked him WHY he looks like he just got beat up? he doesn't even remember getting the picture taken. bizarre. i guess it's kind of like a mug shot...
It looks like a celebrity mug shot.... it's in his genes. Ida is adorable, I love the second picture, she looks so pleased with herself. Thanks for finally updating, I have been waiting and waiting........

Jess, I have never read your blog before, but after you mentioned that you read something on my blog today I thought I should hunt you down, and just finished reading a pile of your hilarious posts! You are a great writer and one funny lady. These pictures of Ida are my favorite, I love her. And I love Eli's expression, he is probably the funniest kid I have ever met, he came up to me today and thanked me for the delicious meal that one night, I think I might have him over more often! I love that you told off your mom, that was really funny. I thought, go Jess go! And then read that it was her... too funny.
Oh, you guys are hilarious. I love the pictures- especially Ida's little chubby legs! I want to squeeze them to pieces! I love the pictures of her in the dryer- why does she remind me of a little astronaut in her little shuttle getting ready for launch?
