here is the original "arriving" film.
i am sure i have posted this before, but always fun to reminisce. c.j. shot and edited this one. most of the footage was shot on 8mm film. the rest was shot with an old school video camera. it was such a wonderful time when eli was born. everyone was there.
you see most of the family throughout the film. everyone is young, slim and only has 1 kid. the last shot where c.j. is holding eli and he is sucking his thumb is the only time he has ever done that. so sweet, so glad we got it on film.

oh, ok. that is just amazing! i love those photos of you at the beginning. you were so young! you still are but that just made me cry. absolutely lovely.
THAT SEEMS LIKE IT WENT WAY BACK - TO ANOTHER ERA OF TIME. THE TECHNIQUE I GUESS. NEAT.
Now that is what you call good reality TV!!! It was like time travel back 7 years. You and CJ look like teenagers and the babies! This one brought big tears to my eyes!!!
Cute!!! Lucky to have something like that!! It's weird not seeing all the other cousins running around!
